unfair rip off
my daughter always goes here for cut and blow dry and was nevr charged so much as today when she went. she is only 18 years old, she has long hair now as she has always, and without being informed that it cost $27 just to dry her hair was really upsetting when she ha...d to pay. if she knew that, she would have went home and dried it herself. she is limited with money and what's usually about $20 here was all of a sudden $48. ($7 for a wash, $14 for a trim and $27 to blow dry. absolutely ridiculous. a good business wouldn't be so sneaky, especially with kids and would've let them know ahead of time $27 just to dry hair, more than the haircut. i just can't believe you ripped her like that. shame on you!!
