Great Service
I would like to commend your company on the quality of your products and “superior” service. Our plant runs 24/7, so dependable lighting and service are a must. We have 124 molding machines, each equipped with magnifier lighting. As our old 8” circle fluorescent l...amps burnt out, we replaced them with your lamps. This has significantly reduced the number of lamps needing replaced on a regular basis and the amount of time invested in replacing them. In the few instances when your product did not wear as promised, you were quick to replace them, no questions asked. Your other products have served us well also. Bob does a wonderful job in providing us the kind of service we desire. He has been responsive to our needs as they arise and calls regularly to assess those needs.
