Horrible
One star is too many for this woman. We took our daughter to Kelly for 1st year pictures. The deal is you take your baby back every three months for the 1st year. We took her for her newborn ones and did not get them back until our 3 month session. In between our new...born and 3 month session Kelly called to reschedule. We rescheuled and when we showed up for our appointment she never showed up. We rescheduled again. She was there the second time we went and we got the 3 pictures taken, finally. I went to pick up the proofs and scheduled her 6 month session. My Mom took off of work so that we could get a 3 generation picture along with babies reg. 6 month pics. We drove over for our apt. and once again she didn't show up. I have left multiple messages since and have gotten no response. Not even a "Sorry I didn't show up." Never again will we make the mistake of chosing her as a photographer. Our baby is 7 months and all we have are her newborn pics. We finally went elsewhere.
Worst Customer Service of Any Photographer Around
First off 1 star is too HIGH of a rating for this company. Our pictures were paid in full 3 or 4 months before our wedding. If you plan on getting your pictures back sometime within a year of your wedding, find another company. My wife and I were married in August of 07..., and we still do not have the parent book we ordered (today's date is Feb 11, 2009). Our original album had lines marked through it and the wrong names and date on the book. Also, some people's heads were cut down the middle because their image was placed in the crease of the book. It took over a year and four months to receive our book. The excuse was that it just takes time to get a photo album done because it had to be sent to New York for binding. We had people take pictures at our wedding and then had our pictures printed out at our reception (2 hours later). To top off this horrible experience, they will not return our phone calls and their customer service is terrible to say the least. BUYERS AND COUPLES BEWARE
