Thomas's Sewing Machines

My 1st experience with Thomas's was satisfactory - fast service, reasonable cost. My 2nd experience was not so. I left he machine for repair/service in February 2011. I picked it up within a week and saw it still had the same problem that I had brought it in for. As a ...result of it not being fixed properly, when I ran it once home, there was further damage to the machine. I brought the machine back (1st week of march). I was never called about the machine and I stopped in at the end of april and was told it had not been looked at and would be immediately and I would be called early the following week. No call. In late June, I stopped in to pick up the machine which was still not looked at/touched. no explanation was offered as to why it had not been looked at/fixed, why I had never received any call.
