Need Help?

With more than twenty years experience as a psychotherapist, personal coach, facilitator & educator, I am committed to helping people build better relationships with themselves and others. Well versed in the ‘technology’ of human change, I provide guidance and insight to my clients as they disentangle themselves from the challenges that inhibit their happiness and cultivate greater joy, peace and love in their lives. Because I have a deep respect for the wisdom residing in each person, I am committed to helping people learn to listen to themselves and get absolutely clear about what truly matters to them. I aim to support my clients as they craft richly fulfilling lives that reflect their highest values. My award-winning book, "An Illumined Life" has garnered support as a valuable resource for people wanting to create meaningful and satisfying lives. My work is informed by the confluence of three streams of knowledge: Self-Acceptance Training, Energy Psychology and Practical Spirituality. I provide counseling for couples and individuals as well as facilitating groups for people interested in growing into their best self.
