Staff was very helpful placing our order. Our cap was 2 weeks overdue with NO phone calls from Top City when we started calling and got conflicting stories from different employees. One told us it came damaged and was returned to factory. Another said it never came i...n. We were given a $200 discount by the manager so we agreed to take the cap. We thought it odd that they didn't clean the cap very well after install. Turns out they scratched our truck on both sides during install and there is a light colored splatter of what appears to be spray paint on the side of the cap. Make sure to check everything before you leave their shop.
