They've cut ours off over $30 bc our check just hadn't gotten to them.. they tried to triple charge us for it then it took my husband . Hours and the proof that they said would work to keep from paying more money when we had already paid it when he got there with the proof they said no that won't work.. so they are also very stupid and waste peoples gas and time!

No compassion for stage 4 cancer patients who just need a little patience and understanding that money runs out in these situations and families struggle, 3 days worth was all we needed and were denied by this utility company, our water shut off over $48. We've had their services for 8 years now. We mail our bill or pay in person with cash. We have never had an issue with them. I like the fact that they only take cash at the office. In this day of hacking this is one place it can't happen.

Payment arrangements, quality and availability as well as location and office are that of the 1960’s. I can’t pay via internet, over the phone cost an extra charge. I Live alone and I use according to the Tuckaleechee Water District, 6500 to 7500 gallons a month. I have asked them for at least one year to check the meter and it has not been done. I have spoke to my neighbors and the folks across the street has 4-5 people living i...n the house and they never go over 5500 gallons. The one down the street, there's 2 of them--4500-5500 gallons a month. I take a short shower every other day and there is really nothing but the wash that I use the water for. I have researched the amount that my washer uses and it is no where near 5500-6500 gallons a month. I have checked and had a professional check the water meter for leaks. There are none. I was asked by an employee at the water company if I had faucets that were not under lock and key, intimating that someone is stealing my water.
