Great Garage, Excellent customer service
I first took my car to Turnpike Auto about 3 years ago, for the annual NYS inspection. I got a very good impression, so after being constantly ripped-off by the car dealers every time I brought my car in for service, I decided to give Turnpike Auto a try. Since then, ...I have had my car serviced there. They do a great job, and their customer service is excellent. I call in advance, and they tell me when they have a spot available. I bring the car, and once they finish the service, they call me to inform me if there were any problems, and if there is anything they need to fix. Then, later, they call me when the car is ready. I have also stopped to bring my wife's car to the dealer, and only bring it to Turnpike Auto.
