On another note, since I was little, I suffered from Gluten intolerance but wasn’t diagnosed with it until 3 years ago. Therefore my meal plans had to change drastically! No Gluten, Soy and lactose (I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance about 10 years ago and allergy to soy 2 years ago).
