Rabbit Transaction

I once represented a buyer in purchase of real estate, where the Seller said that they would sell to the buyer if the buyer would keep the Sellers Rabbit. The seller was a bit of loon as you could imagine. The rabbits name was Tuffy, but she insisted that it could be spelled "Toughie". Well, the purchasers promised to take care of the Rabbit, and so they did have the seller sign there contract. A few months down the road, after the buyers forgot about the Rabbit - leaving out in the cold, forgetting to feed it......they gave it away to more caring owners. Today they still own the house. I'm not sure where Toughie is.
