Great work
Michael and Western Design Studio come highly recommended. AT Properties owns commercial and residential properties in Metro Phoenix and has used Michael most recently for space planning for two new tenants at Great Skate Plaza in Glendale. Michael is very professional ...and worked diligently with the City and the tenant while keeping our (the Landlord's) budget in mind.
Great Experience
I was representing a custom home builder and was looking for someone to create a site plan, floor plan and detailed rendering of a home. Mike Marden came to the rescue and not only were the drawings exactly what I needed, but he completed the project very quickly and for a very competitive fee. I would definitely recommend Mike and for sure I would hire him again.
Excellent Service
Mike of Western Design Studio was critical in helping make the complex simple to understand. Provided outstanding service in keeping project moving forward while maintaining focus on managing (reducing in many instances) costs. Would highly recommend!!!
Thank you!

Bailed us out
After starting with one company who left us unhappy, Mike was able to get the project back on track and gain approval. This was important to us since we had not moved to our property in AZ.
