Warning do not buy a home from them.
Do not buy a home from this builder. There sales staff (KEN) was very misleading and lied to the home buyers. He convinced the buyers not to use a Real Estate Professional by enticing them with a lower purchase price. After the transaction was completed, the buyers had ...numerous problems with the home and couldn't get either the builder nor the site agent to rectify the problems. Warning stay away.
