No regard for customer service and do not care if you come back
Frankly, I'm surprised this place is still in business. Yes Your Highness is fine when it works (I had been using them since 2009), but when its employees make a mistake, do not expect them to make it right. At the end of November, I asked one of their concierges to pl...ace an order that I needed by Christmas. In the intervening time, the lady left and no one at YYH seemed to be aware of my request. By the time I found out, it was December 21. Shipping at that point had gone up to $318, and I asked them to cover the difference in shipping (not the entire shipping cost). They refused, and demonstrated a total inability to take responsibility for the actions of their employees, or to appreciate the trouble they had caused at Christmas. I am never using them again.
