A & R Auto Body

This shop is the poster child for customer service. I had a damaged front fender replaced more then 2 years ago. I noticed last week that the fender (not A & R Auto Body) failed at a spot where it bolts to the truck. Called Randy up and he said to bring it down. After a... brief conversation, a new fender was ordered. I dropped it off Thursday afternoon, it was done by noon the next day and it looks great! The guys in the shop do wonderful work. My 2005 vehicles is back to new condition. By far the BEST customer service I've ever had. You will not regret having these guys work on your vehicle(s). Thanks A & R! John H. from Torrington. Today I picked up my car from A&R Auto Body and once again I was just amazed at the quality of the work. I've used other body shops in the past, but a few months back I used A&R for the first time and was amazed at the quality of the work and the integrity of the peopl...e. Initially I went in because I had made the mistake of letting Safelite replace my windshield, and it rusted around the edge. When I took it into A&R to be repaired they were adamant about using only the best quality parts (unlike Safelite). The quality of the work was amazing, perfect the first time. Other local shops I have used in the past have always required a trip back because of something they missed or did poorly. Recently I had damage my car. When I picked it up it looked like it came off the show room floor! Everyone at A&R was super nice, and the quality of the work is absolute perfection. I am a customer for life (though I hope not to have a need for such services if I can help it!). Read More
