1. How do people find out where to pick their towed vehicle up?
   

   Does someone call the people whose cars have been towed to let them know where to pick them up and how much they need to pay?

   when we tow your vehicle ( non police tows. ) we call local police dept and give them your license number and reason for towing. that way you will know all info from them. some people call their vehicle in stolen. so call local police dept first. thank you. tom

   The vehicle owner should contact law enforcement to report a missing vehicle. Towed vehicles are reported to law enforcement in most areas of the country.
   
   If it was towed, the owner will be directed to that towing company for further information. If it has not been towed, law enforcement will assist you with making a theft report.
