Homemade Photo Studio Equipment
There's nothing better than being able to capture a one-of-a-kind picture that expresses more than words ever could. For most photography enthusiasts, being able to grab that perfect photo can be difficult due to limitations like incorrect lighting or location. Wouldn't it be great if you could experience the joy of taking professional photos in your home?
Things You'll Need:
- 10 various backdrop scenes, 10-by-20 feet
- Three to four individual furniture pieces
- Lighting arrangements (try to purchase a kit that comes with stands and a variety of selections).
- Tripod
- Select your studio location. Most home photography studios are based out of unused, low traffic areas. You should have an area that is secluded enough to make your client feel comfortable but large enough to accommodate all of your equipment.
- Choose your seating arrangements. You should have more than one type of seating choices available. You can select small loveseats or individual chairs, or even mix and match. Seasonal decorations and theme-based props are also to have handy.
- Locate the best area for your lighting system. Purchasing a light kit provides you with a basic layout of white, black and silver. Arrange them around the shoot area.
- Pick your background based on the request of your client. You should have a variety to choose from such as landscapes, school-themes for the children and seasonal.
Spread the word to all of your friends and family and watch how many people flock to your doorstep to help them create a piece of history for their loved ones to cherish for years to come.
