How to Check Comcast Voicemail From Home

Comcast offers more than just cable TV and Internet services. Comcast also has home phone services that can be bundled into a money-saving service package. If you are a current Comcast home phone customer, you will need to know how to check your voicemail for any incoming phone messages. By following a few easy steps, you can easily check your Comcast voicemail from home.

Things You'll Need:

  • Landline phone device

  • Comcast login information and passcode

  • Computer with Internet access

To Check Your Comcast Voicemail By Phone

  1. Dial *99 (star 99) from your landline phone. This enables the Comcast home phone service voice prompts.

  2. Enter your password. You will be asked to enter your password, which is usually a four-digit code you have set up and that only you know. Type your password or passcode using the dial buttons on your landline phone.

  3. Be informed of awaiting messages. Comcast's voicemail informs you of how many messages you have.

  4. Press 1. You will be prompted to "Press 1" to listen to your voicemail messages.
