How to Dye Blonde Eyebrows

Many people dye their eyebrows to match their hair color. If you have dark eye brows, you can lighten them by using facial hair bleach. If your eyebrows are blonde, you can use hair dye that matches your current hair color to dye your brows. Many people choose to have their eyebrows dyed by a professional, but it is a fairly simple process and can easily be done from home.

Items Needed

  • Hair dye

  • Brow brush

  • Petroleum jelly

  • Bowl

  • Paper towels

Step 1: Choose a shade of hair dye that is close to the color of your hair.

Step 2: Mix the dye in a bowl according to the directions on the box.

Step 3: Test to make sure you are not allergic to the dye before putting it on your eyebrows. Do this by applying a small amount of dye to the inside of your forearm. If your arm becomes red, itchy or bumps appear, do not use the dye. If there is no allergic reaction, you can use the dye for your eyebrows.

Step 4: Pull your hair back and wash your face. To protect your eyes from the dye, apply some petroleum jelly on your eyelids. Be careful not to get it in your eyes as it can burn.

Step 5: Dip the brow brush into the dye. Wipe any excess dye off on the side of the bowl or on a paper towel. Apply the dye to the eyebrows. Be careful not to get any dye on the skin around your eye brows. If you do, use a paper towel or cotton swab to wipe it off immediately.

Step 6: Leave the dye on your eyebrows for 20-30 minutes.

Step 7: Use a wet cloth to remove all of the dye from your eyebrows. If your eyebrows are not dark enough, you can complete the steps again until you have achieved the color you desire.
