Items Needed:
- Jewelry epoxy or Gem Tac
- Rhinestones and crystals
- Beads or other decorations
- Flip flops
- Lay out your rhinestones, crystals or beads. Decide what pattern you want to create or words you want to spell out. Arrange in your chosen pattern to make application easier. If you are working with several pairs of flip flops, take the time to lay out the stones or beads for each pair. This will make the application go faster.
- Apply small amounts of epoxy or Gem Tac to the strap of flip flops. Do not apply too much ahead of time, and work in small areas. If you apply too much too soon, you will risk the adhesive drying before you have applied the decoration. Continue working in small sections until your design is complete.
- Set flip flops aside in a safe place to dry. Normal dry time is 24 hours.
