1. Add 2 tables of automatic dishwashing detergent to a gallon of warm water.




2. Use the solution to wash the chairs.




3. Use a water hose to rinse the solution from the chairs and allow them to dry.




4. Use a piece of sand paper to remove any rough surfaces on the chair. This will allow the paint to adhere to the plastic.




5. Apply a plastic primer to the chair and allow it time to dry thoroughly.




6. Apply a coat of plastic paint to the chair and allow it time to dry.




7. Apply a final coat of paint to the chair and let it dry.
