How to Use Intuit for Your Veterinary Clinic

Intuit Small Business online services can help you manage your veterinary clinic. Intuit provides tools that can help with things such as creating your own website, administering payroll, paying bills, and accepting client’s payments. This minimizes your daily customer services duties and can get your veterinary clinic in top-notch shape.

  1. Use Intuit’s online QuickBooks program to organize your revenue and expenses. This will help keep everything in order based upon how many hours and days you will operate your clinic. You will also be able to estimate all of your expenses such as payroll, rent, and utilities. For an additional fee this program will allow you to import customer information, create standard reports and invoices, and track payments.

  2. Create your clinic's presence online using Intuit's website development and hosting tools. For a small fee, Intuit’s website program will let you access to over 2,000 designs and graphics that you can make specifically for your veterinary clinic. You can add a logo too to this program if you have one.

  3. Keep up with payroll records by using Intuit's Online Payroll program. Use the Intuit payroll program to accommodate the expenses of your current staff size and then as your staff grows you can expand. For an additional fee Intuit's payroll allows you to keep track of the number of hours worked per employee, create paychecks, and choose a payment method for the checks.

  4. Take payments from clients for their animal care via credit or debit cards by using Intuit's Payment solutions. Pay a fee amount based upon what package type you want to have. You can choose packages that does not require you to use QuickBooks, or higher fee packages that lets you use QuickBooks in conjunction with another payment account.  Intuit's services can be used anytime you desire.
