The library is a great place to go to get that term paper done, study or just to read a good book. They are located in neighborhoods within walking distance and it doesn't cost anything. If you have never visited your neighborhood library and don't know what to expect, here are some steps on how to use the library.

After you receive your free library card you can start using it right away.
You can check out books.
You can bring the children for story time.
Checking out movies is a great way to see your favorite movie for free.
You might want to check with your library to see if they have free visitors passes to amusement parks, zoos and museums.
You can also use the library to have a study group or hold meetings.
A great way that you can help the library is to become a volunteer.
