Catalyst House QuickBooks Accounting - Bookkeeping - Tax

Catalyst House is a unique Accounting and Financial firm that moves to the beat of customer service and constant change. After exploring their website and blog for what seems like hours I find myself full of answers I did not know before and many questions I did not know existed. Upon placing a call to the company I was on hold for an appropriate amount of time and then was greated as if I was the CSR's best friend. The disquised email I sent was promptly answered and steered me to the correct information without any run around. As a whole my experience as a pretend a customer was exceptional and endearing. When I do need the support of a large accounting and financial firm I know where my first call is going to be placed. I want to thank Catalyst House for the invaluable customer service experience and the gain in knowledge.
