Wonderful Service
My BMW 5** had a small leak and I took it to a variety of tire stores (NTB, another one in Hudson) and they said they nothing could be done and tried to sell me tires. I took it to Defer and they did the job in 20 minutes. Now that's what I call service.
Great experience
Good service by good people. If you are accustomed to to being fleeced by car care companies you will be pleasantly surprised by the lack of sales pressure and up-charges at Defer.
So pleased
Defer Tire is a wonderful independently owned company amist a growing sea of chain and franchise companies in town. Mark and the guys really took care of my needs and were available to answer my questions. My car is running like a top! Don't miss the new shop, their ...location is the only change this longtime local company has made, their service and quality remain top notch!
