HORRIBLE experience!
Horribly rude customer service. After ordering they told me the expected shipping time for privacy slats was 5-7 weeks and there was no way to cancel the order. Product was delivered cut much shorter than their website and their employee said. After over a week of run a...round and rude service from Josh he made it VERY clear there was nothing they were willing to do for me to make things right and that I was wasting HIS time and then hung up on me.

I got my aluminum fence from discount fence and its was awesome. I am happy with the fence. I do need a few more screws, I messed up and now I need to make a few changes. Can you mail me a few screws?
