Terrible Service/ Ruined Belongings
I have used Freedom Self storage for about 6 years, until the end of May 2009. The facility has been bought by another company and as a result they tore the roofing off to remodel. It rained while they had the roof off and as a result some of our belongings got soaked a...nd developed a bad case of mold. When I brought it up to management the lady asked if I had purchased the optional insurance and I said " No". The manager told me that they couldn't do anything about it. Very disapointed with the service. If you have a choice don't do business with them.
Low quality Service/ Bad attitude & ruined belongings
I have used Freedom Self Storage for 6 years. I have not had a problem until recently when the place was bought out by another company. They replaced the roof in April or May of 09 and as a result, my belongings got soaked. I brought it to the attention of management on...ly to hear " if you don't have the optional insurance we can't do anything for you". My stuff got ruined because of their negligince. And they have raised our rent once already, so we left as a result.
