These guys cant be trusted !
Having been their customer for 3 years, I was beyond shocked when these guys forwarded my account to a collection agency for additional 3 months of processing fee totaling $110.85. Their claim is that I did not properly informed them of my non renewal. It did not matter...s to Impact that I personally called my sales agent via phone and faxed them the non renewal letter which they claimed to have never received. I re-faxed the same letter 3 months later, but they are still demanding those fees. The only reason Impact does not received much complaints with BBB is because when they turn you to collection weather justify or not, Impact use their parent company First Data Merchant Service. So fellow small business owners STAY AWAY from these guys. As soon as you not not financially beneficial for them, you will be discarded like garbage.
