I've lived in Metuchen for more than five years. The best thing about Metuchen is The Quaint, safe feeling you get when you walk around town. The ability to walk to work on a warm day, or ride a bike down Main Street without worry. It is like being bundled up in your favorite blanket in front of the fireplace on a snow day. A hot chocolate and the NY Times - what could be better. Metuchen is a great place for Trying new restaurants, breakfast at the many Main Street shops - walking around and looking at the Victorian Homes

I love the small town feel of places like What's the Scoop. We like to take a walk at night or on the weekend to What's the Scoop for a scoop of our favorite Ice Cream. Sitting outside on a summer day or night reminds me of childhood and the Pizza is great, too! I tell all my customers about What's the Scoop - since I have so many families with babies and small children coming in - after they leave my office - a scoop of Ice Cream is just what the doctor ordered!
