Worst service customer care for never having had any business what so ever with them. Less than 1 star worthy. Harassing phone calls and hang ups, with accusations flung freely and severe offensively defensive attitude by Customer Service manager when I attempted to sim...ply see who was repeatedly calling and hanging up, or leaving no message. According to service manager she said this wasn't a policy of theirs, yet would not freely give up the store location I was being called from, and then threatened me. I would never do business with them again even if I ever had. Completely unprofessional, entitled teenage attitudes, raised voice, and pretending to lose reception during call with the manager, absolutely disrespectful. Police have assured me I can file a complaint with BBB rightfully as their actions constitute actionable harassment, with proof of incoming call records, and as my line is private, calls are notably recorded. They have no business threatening customers, and non-customers. They have shown no intention of customer care, and projected a position as if I was at fault from the very first attempt to resolve my curiosity, and concern with their call and hang up, crank calling my phone. I have had to block their numbers, and will be filing a complaint with the owner before I take it any further action to resolve the matter. Completely unprofessional. Have no idea how they got my private-unlisted number, and now I am just so happy I have had great experiences elsewhere! I was convinced to get my a/c fixed here because they bet their competitors price. What a big mistake. They told me it would take 3 hours, then 6 hours later they called and said they broke my radiator, so I had to wait another day. After I picked it up my family went ...on a road trip to California. When we were in the middle of the desert, my car started smoking and just stopped. My family almost got into a major accident. I had to have my car towed to Barstow which was the closest dealership. They told me that the hose to my radiator was not secure because of a improperly installed clamp and it leaked all the transmission fluid. They said I needed a new transmission, $3500. The corporate office treated us like we did something wrong. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, plus they didn't want to reimburse me for the money I had to spend. On Wednesday February 9, 2011 I went into the Tire Works store located at 2220 West Horizon Ridge Parkway in Las Vegas for a simple oil change and nothing else. I was a loyal customer to the “Acura Specialist” since 1995 and to be taken advantage of is a terrible s...ervice. I understand the economy is tough right now, but to take advantage of loyal customers is not a good thing. I will NEVER use the “Acura Specialist” or the dealership again and will continue to use Tire Works for any and all issues with my car. I am in sales and I appreciate the work ethic, integrity and dedication to the product that Art and Chris put forth every day.
