Frankfort is located in Franklin County, Kentucky. It is the state capital and also the county seat. The city has a population of around 28,000 people and it covers 28 square miles. At least once a year and depending also on your age, other illnesses, you should have blood work. If you have glucose issues, then the doctor wants you tested for A1C every 3 to 4 months.
