How to Make Wine From Frozen Juice
Many people who make their own homemade wine prefer to use frozen juice rather than fresh fruit. Using concentrated frozen juice is a lot easier, but you need to make sure it does not contain potassium sorbate because it will prevent proper fermentation of the wine. Grape is among the popular juices used, but the juice flavor is your choice.
