The statue represents the "active search for life beyond the Earth." Dr. Stone's career Adapted into a television series, Dr. Stone is a renowned physician and scientist who helps restore human civilization after a mysterious plague. The series' second season aired from July to December 2019, focusing on the "Stone Wars" arc. Season three is set to premiere in 2023. A live-action stage play is also planned. A live-action adaptation of the manga is also in the works. The first Golden Plaque was unveiled in 1991. This gold-anodised aluminium plaque featured nude human figures and symbols that provided information about the origin of the spacecraft. Developed by NASA, this symbol was described as a "mark of man". Carl Sagan and Frank Drake, two scientists and astrophysicists, worked together to produce the plaque. They had used radio telescopes to research the origin of the solar system in the 1960s. He first married Lynn Margulis, a biologist, in 1957. He then married Linda Salzman, an artist, in 1968. Sagan later married Ann Druyan, an author, in 1981. The marriage lasted until his death in 1996. Sagan's "Continental Drift" diagram illustrates how continents shifted over time. The diagram was inspired by the original informative plaque that he arranged for the LAGEOS I Satellite that was launched into space in 1976. The LAGEOS I was designed to provide a legacy for future generations of humans. Sagan used this diagram to begin his documentary presentation of the natural world. Totem pole removed in 1986 In a recent episode of "Expedition Unknown," the hunters of the missing totem pole thought they had found the final clue, a shadow cast by the totem's fall. To estimate the exact shadow, they created a 3-D model of the pole, using augmented reality technology. However, their efforts were unsuccessful, and the totem's disappearance remains a mystery. When the totem pole was removed in 1986, it had already become a major tourist attraction. It was a landmark for the entire city, and even a movie producer was interested in the totem. In the 1920s, budding producer H.C. Weaver built a studio near Titlow Beach. He produced three films in the area, one of which was Eyes of the Totem, a melodrama starring the totem. The plaque features the image of a young earthling clinging to the shoulder of a spacecraft. The design prompted a storm of public controversy and copyright restrictions.
