I think this is the worst spring in the N.E in many years or decades! That is if you count rain, snow. sleet, floods and windy weather causing white caps on the Hudson River. The daffodfils have only just bloomed over the last week. I bet the striped bass that are notorious[resent in the lower Hudson River at this time of year are not even hungry! Has anyone gotten some bites out there yet? Let me know. None the less... Tappan Zee Marina WILL be ready for our boaters. We know they enjoy their boating season... after all it is their only refuge away from the "maddening crowd" and the TV! I am sure the southerly breezes will prevail very soon and many sunny days are ahead...
